Working with Core was as good as it gets. Corwin was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was on time and spent 3 hours at the house for the walk-through inside and out.  He pointed out things throughout our house that needed immediate attention (that we were able to take back to the table to negotiate a lower selling price) and things we would need to address over time.
